    I just recently started taking calcium supplements to help me with my medical issues and it appears to be working. I am seeing some improvements with certain symptoms since starting it. I'm assuming there are many contributing factors and am sure that naturewise calcium citrate is playing a huge role in my journey. I am not having any side effects whatsoever.
