Return Policy

At NatureWise, we care about your health and wellness — and your satisfaction! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it at any time for a full refund. We’ll even cover the shipping costs!

Simply email us at support@naturewise.com to initiate a refund. You will then receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the product to NatureWise. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued.

Please note: we can only issue refunds on products that were purchased directly from NatureWise.com. If you purchased through another online retailer, please contact them for your refund, as their own return policies will apply.
